How to shop at Herbal House

  • How do I buy a product on the Herbal House website?
    Buying products on the Herbal House website is easy!

    Simply browse our A-Z Products or our Systems & Ailments categories and when you find an item you want, select the number of items you'd like and click "ADD". The product will then be added to your Shopping Cart.

    When your Shopping Cart has items in it, you'll see the image become dark on top of each page you visit. Click on the image at any time to view or edit your cart.

    To update quantities of products, simply change the number in your cart and click "UPDATE". If you change the quantities and then click "CHECKOUT", you'll be taken directly to the Checkout screen without your quantities being updated.

    To reach the Checkout, you must go through "My Cart" and click the "CHECKOUT" button. From here, it's a simple case of entering your shipping and Credit Card details and hitting "PLACE ORDER".

    Finally, you'll receive an email receipt with your details and we'll get processing on your order!.

 

Payment Options

  • How can I pay for my order?
    Herbal House offers secure Credit Card payments. We guarantee that your Credit Card details will be securely sent to us for the purposes of fulfilling your transaction.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Can I come to your store and buy off the shelves?
    Unfortunately no. Our warehouse isn't able to accept any "walk in" customers, therefore buying off the Herbal House website is the best option.


  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    We will endeavour to get your order to you within 2 working days of your payment being verified.

    When we send your order away, you will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email from our warehouse.

  • What are your shipping costs?
    Our current shipping costs are available when you view your cart.

    Please note that your Shipping Charge will NOT be displayed in your cart, but added after you check out.

  • Do you ship to countries other than New Zealand or Australia?
    Unfortunately we do not.
